This retreat truly was one of the best weeks of my whole life. Amanda really rolled out the red carpet for us attendees. Everything from the accommodations to the experiences to the personalized notes and gifts were all done with such attention to detail. I have never felt more pampered! I left the retreat with so much more clarity about how I want to live life and make others feel. I would 1000% recommend these retreats for any woman who needs a little blood pumped back into her veins. You will be astounded at how someone pouring into you will change your mind and heart.

what to expect
There's something about all 5 senses being engaged. Taking in the smells, the sights. Feeling the ancient roads under your feet, hearing the clank of the cup meeting the saucer as locals savor their morning espresso in cafes. The tastes... Oh, the tastes. Nothing feeds the soul quite like fresh Italian pasta & vino made from the vineyard down the road.
There's something about Italy.
The Eternal City of Rome. A cultural icon busting at the seams with stories, history, and mouthwatering food. During this 7 day, 6 night retreat we will explore some of Rome's greatest hits - and some lesser known spots, too. We'll wander the streets near the Trevi Fountain with bellies full of pasta. We'll touch the walls of the Pantheon & St. Peter's Basilica - and hear stories of the history held within.
We'll also spend a day in quiet Assisi. Strolling its sleepy streets (especially that time of year!), popping into quaint shops, and feeling the history etched into every part of this perfect town.
We'll be staying in a gorgeous, brand new, 5 star hotel in the heart of Rome. It just opened a few months ago and already has the attention of the likes of Conde Nast & Vanity Fair if that tells you much. Just beautiful, with excellent service.
Off-Season travel is my personal favorite way to travel. Crowds are low, which allows us to take in the sites a little easier & experience Italy more like a local. Flights are exponentially less expensive. The temperatures are mild (mid-50s generally).
who is this retreat for?
Women from all walks of life who need a little time away, reconnecting with themselves while being in a picturesque setting. Retreat members are eager to make new connections/friends, understand that Europe means a decent amount of walking, and are flexible/happy travelers! For this particular trip, attendees shouldn't mind a chillier temperature. February in Rome is generally in the mid-50s, with a slight chance of rain (which only makes it more magical as the light reflects off the wet cobblestone streets at night)
What is the group size & when we will know who is joining us?
The group will include up to 16 participants, plus retreat staff
Prior to the trip, a Facebook group will be created for our retreat members to get to know each other, ask questions & share more about themselves.
I have a special diet, can you accommodate?
On the application, you'll see a spot to let us know any diet needs you have & we will absolutely do our best to meet those at all meals. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to email with questions.
What are the accommodations like?
We are coloring outside our own box for this retreat. Instead of having a home base just for our group, we're staying in a hotel. BUT, you know I can't pick just any hotel. The absolutely stunning (brand new) 5 star Goeth Hotel in the heart of Rome will be our home. It's a boutique hotel with only 27 rooms; so while we don't have the entire place to ourselves. we'll be in a small amount of good company. This also allows us to offer more single room options, too! Besides the stunning decor and lush rooms, you can also enjoy 24/7 housekeeping, turn down service, a gorgeous bar, delicious restaurant (complete with breakfast) and spa with a Turkish bath.
Will we have wifi?
We will have wifi available for you within our retreat accommodations so you can stay connected to your family & friends at home. If you'd like to have wifi on the go throughout the day as well and your cell provider doesn't offer this, please reach out and we'd be happy to help you arrange a personal hotspot.
how do i get there?
Flying into Rome (FCO) is as easy as it gets! Our retreat home is a simple taxi-ride away from the airport. Additionally, we can help you arrange a private driver. Once you arrive at the hotel, all transportation is taken care of until check out time.
Some guests extend their trip with extra time in the location of their choosing either before or after the retreat to explore another city as well. Train transport in Rome is so easy, so we encourage this!

While this retreat is experience focused, it is also designed to allow you to reconnect with yourself.
Titled after the Italian word for Illuminate, we hope you leave this retreat not just with an incredible experience, but feeling a new sense of purpose, peace, or clarity in your own life. how do i get there?
We recommend flying into either Florence, Rome, or Bologna. Transportation within the country is wonderful thanks to Italy's train systems. As the trip gets closer, you'll receive a comprehensive travel email with tips on finding the best flight deals, and how to navigate transport to our apartment once in Italy.
can i pay in installments?
Yes - We've provided a few options for you:
-You may pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due on December 1, 2021.
-You may pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, breaking up the balance into 3 payments due by December 1, 2021.
-You may pay in its entirety in one lump sum at the time of booking

-6 nights in a gorgeous 5 Star boutique hotel in the heart of Rome
-The exploration of ancient Rome: The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, St. Peter's, Sistine Chapel, among much more - all at your fingertips. (Most of which are within a 15 min walk of our retreat home)
-Housekeeping, turndown service, on-site spa (Turkish bath & emotional showers to use with no additional fee), hotel restaurant, bar and lounge for late night conversations
-Transportation included for any time that's needed as a group
-Breakfast daily in our beautiful hotel
-At least one additional meal per day (lunch or dinner; sometimes both!). There will be times that you will have free time to explore on your own & have meals on your own during those times.

Our group will remain intimate in size, therefore spots are very limited. If you are coming solo and select double accommodation, we will pair you up with a new friend/fellow attendee!
