One thing you can expect in all retreats is:

-To meet other women on their own journey. Each woman who signs up for this retreat comes with something different in mind. For some, this is a trip to just get away & get time for themselves. Others may be interested in a curated trip where they don't have to do the legwork, while others are seeking to reconnect with themselves in a home away from home.

-Adventure. Each retreat requires the participants to let go of control a little bit (hard for us to do as women!) and delight in the work being done for you in terms of scheduling & suprises along the way!

-Will I have free time?
You will have a schedule full of fun activities and adventure. However, you will also always be given free time. It's up to you how to use that time. Some decide to use it resting & journaling, while others want to head out to explore more. It's a great combination of curated trip meets "choose your own adventure!"

-What's the pace of the retreats?
Some retreats will be more slow paced, while others a little more full. Read up in each trip description to see what suits you best. Each retreat is designed to match the energy of the location we're visiting. A trip to the city will be more fast paced than a trip to the countryside. This helps our guests to have a more authentic, immersive experience for that particular location. If you're unsure, reach out! I would love to tell you a little more about our upcoming retreats & help you find the one best suited for you.

-How much walking will we do?
Most all retreats will require you to do a decent amount of walking. All participants should come ready to explore Europe by foot throughout the day (it's the best way to see it!). If that's a concern for you, please reach out about the specific retreat you're interested in to make sure it's a good fit for you. Some retreats will have more walking, and some less.

-Why are the retreats priced differently?
There are several components that go into determining the pricing for our guests on each retreat. A few things that play into that are the time of year (busy season vs. off-season), number of attendees permitted, star-level of lodging, and more.
